10/10 would recommend this dealership. There entire team was amazing. The process was quick and easy. I bought a vehicle, Billy and Wyatt did a great job. Then I also sold a vehicle, forgive my brain fart but the gentleman that process that transaction was amazing. The finance department out me and and out quickly. Overall the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I would drive from Owasso to Muskogee it was that great of an experience.

We purchased a vehicle from Bald-Headed Billy at Nissan of Muskogee and had a great experience from start to finish. I clicked “request info” one evening, and less than 5 minutes later, my phone rang; it was Billy. I hadn’t even had time to emotionally prepare for a car salesman, just BAM, Bald-Headed Billy on the line. Because we crossed state lines, it was a longer process, but Billy was transparent every step of the way and made sure the car I bought sight unseen was in great condition, and he very much helped calm my nerves. The car was exactly as promised, and Billy never once disappeared like most salespeople do after you ask a real question. 10/10 would trust Bald-Headed Billy with my next vehicle and possibly some of my life decisions.

I thought I would never say this about a car dealership but these guys are first class!! My mom had a situation with a newly purchased vehicle, I came in the next day to rectify the situation. I thought we were going to argue and yell and but that was not the case, these guys are stand up professional and 100% honest good people. As someone who works for a vehicle manufacturer and takes care of over 1700 dealers across the Southern United States I was impressed. They've earned my business and anybody else I can convince.

BUYER BEWARE! This place sold my elderly mother a car that has repeatly had issues since she bought it in November, it's already been in the shop twice, and it's still having issues. Just a bunch of crooks making to look a quick buck and take advantage of our elders. It's disgusting, take your money elsewhere!
